This stylish walnut staircase was designed with lightness in mind.
Created for Proffitt & Holt Estate Agency, to complement the minimalistic look of their newly refurbished chic office in Kings Langley, it combines solid walnut with glass.
At Kevala Stairs we are adept at finding creative solutions to ensure that building and safety regulations do not restrict the aesthetics of design.
In this staircase, the use of glass risers allows the treads to be spaced at wider intervals than those normally permitted in an open-tread stair, whilst the balustrade incorporates specially reinforced glass. This both maximises the passage of light and enhances the minimalist effect.
